Common questions
Can you paint after hours or on weekends?
Often yes. Many offices, retail, and rental turns can be scheduled evenings or weekends so customers, tenants, or staff see less disruption. Tell us your access rules and hours when you request a quote.
Do you provide insurance or COI for property managers?
We’re licensed and insured and can supply a certificate of insurance (COI) with your property or management company listed as additional insured when your process requires it — ask during estimating.
How do you keep job sites tidy in occupied buildings?
We contain dust, label work zones, and clean up daily. Low-odor options are available where appropriate. We’ll walk through expectations with your on-site contact before work begins.
What’s different about commercial prep vs. residential?
Commercial substrates vary widely — block, metal doors, high corridors, loading areas — and traffic is higher. We tailor prep, primers, and coatings to the surface and wear level, not a one-size-fits-all house formula.
