Questions and answers

Estimates & scheduling

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. We’ll discuss your project by phone or email, and when it makes sense we’ll do a free on-site visit in our service area. You’ll receive a written quote with clear scope and pricing — no obligation.

How soon can you start?

Lead times depend on crew availability, weather (for exteriors), and material orders. We’ll give you a realistic start window when we send your estimate and keep you updated if anything shifts.

Can you work evenings or weekends for commercial jobs?

Often yes. Many commercial and rental projects can be scheduled after hours or on weekends to reduce disruption. Tell us your operating hours and constraints when you request a quote.

Painting

Do I need to move all my furniture for interior painting?

We ask that small items and breakables be cleared from work areas. Larger furniture can often be shifted to the center of the room and covered. We’ll confirm expectations during your estimate.

What if it rains during my exterior paint job?

Exterior work follows the weather. We watch the forecast and pause when moisture would hurt prep or finish quality, then resume when surfaces are dry and conditions are right.

Do you help with color selection?

We can recommend durable product lines and sheens for Florida sun and humidity, and discuss color direction. For complex color schemes, we’re happy to coordinate with your designer or suggest sample quarts before you commit.

What does “prep” include?

Prep depends on the surface and its condition. It often includes cleaning, scraping or sanding loose paint, patching minor drywall or stucco, caulking gaps, and priming where needed. Good prep is what makes a finish last and look even.

Epoxy flooring

How long does a garage epoxy floor take?

Most residential garages need several days from start to usable cure time: grinding and repairs, base coats, flake or color, and a clear topcoat with cure windows between steps. We’ll give you a day-by-day schedule before we begin.

Will hot tires mark the epoxy?

Quality systems with proper prep and a suitable topcoat are built to resist hot-tire pickup. We’ll recommend a system that matches how you use the space (daily drivers, storage, etc.).

Soft washing

How is soft washing different from pressure washing?

Soft washing uses low pressure and detergents formulated for the surface to lift algae, mildew, and dirt. High-pressure blasting can damage siding, paint, shingles, and seals. We choose the safest effective method for your property.

Will soft washing damage my plants?

We rinse landscaping and protect sensitive areas as needed. Let us know about delicate plantings or water features before we start.

Trust & service area

Are you licensed and insured?

We carry appropriate insurance for the work we perform. Ask us any time for a certificate of insurance or local references.

Where do you work?

We’re based in Titusville and serve the Space Coast and north Brevard County — including Mims, Port St. John, Cocoa, Merritt Island, Cape Canaveral, and nearby communities. Ask if you’re outside that radius.
